This kit is cast resin from my own moulds and masters. It features characteristic corrugated sides, ends and roof, a brick chimney stack, cast resin window frame and includes stiff card for a base.
 
The model builds very quickly with superglue or similar adhesive in to a sturdy basic structure which could be used as it is on the layout, or detailed by the builder according to their own requirements. The more experience builder may spot opportunities for modification or combining kits to make different and larger structures.
 
These versatile little huts could once be found employed in many different roles all over the railway network, for example as lamp huts, platelayers huts, parcels office or the coal merchants office in the goods yard. It could also be used in the yard of industrial premises, and would make a fine shed in a garden or lineside allotment.
