This building has been created in the style of those typically found on rural branch lines, light railways and narrow gauge railways. These relatively cheap corrugated iron structures made them attractive options for use on lines where the anticipated traffic receipts wouldn't justify a more elaborate brick or stone goods shed.

Buildings like these could be found employed as a goods shed on the main platform of a wayside station or in a small goods yard constructed on a separate short length of timber platform.

The building could also be used as a platform barrow store or parcels office as part of a larger station. The resin is easily worked with common modelling tools and more adventurous modellers may spot opportunities for modification or 'Kit bashing' to suit their own needs.

This kit of detailed cast resin components has been produced from my own masters and moulds. The parts assemble quickly using superglue or general purpose adhesive to create a structure with a footprint of approx. 135mm x 125mm (including the canopy)

The photographs show an example of the parts included in the kit, plus some images of a test built sample to show how a finished model could look. The kit includes notes to assist the construction. (platform shown in some photos is not included in this kit).
