This kit features timber clad sides and ends with plank and nail detail, a planked door and corrugated roof. Also included are components for the window and stiff card for a base.
These little huts could once be found employed in many different roles all over the railway network, for example as platelayers' huts, lamp huts, parcels or the coal merchant's office in the goods yard. It could also be used in the yard of industrial premises, and would make a fine shed in a garden or lineside allotment.
The finished building from a single kit has a footprint of approx. 85mm x 55mm.
