The pack contains two main resin castings representing 'piles' of sacks, plus two single sacks. This way the builder can use the single sacks to disguise the join when two main piles are put together, or just use them to add a little variety. You often see an odd sack on the top just thrown on, or perhaps stood at the side having slipped off.
 
The resin paints well with most common modelling paints and can be glued with superglue or general purpose adhesive.
